All payments are processed through Cashfree Payments. We do not collect, store, or process your card numbers, UPI IDs, net banking credentials, or any other financial data. This information goes directly to Cashfree's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure. We only receive a transaction confirmation and your order details.

1.3 Technical Information

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

• IP address and approximate location (country/city level)
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Referring URL (how you found us)
• Device type (mobile / desktop)

This data is collected via server logs and may be collected through analytics tools. It is aggregated and not linked to your identity unless required for security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To deliver the service you paid for — we use your contact details to reach you on Telegram/WhatsApp, discuss requirements, and deliver the finished product.
• To process payments — your order details are sent to Cashfree to complete the transaction.
• To provide post-delivery support — we use your contact details within the support period defined by your plan.
• To send service updates — occasional messages about delivery status, revision requests, or project changes.
• To improve our services — aggregated, anonymised usage data helps us understand what's working.
• To comply with legal obligations — including tax records, GST compliance, and responding to lawful requests.

We do not use your personal data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose other than those described above.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it with:

• Cashfree Payments — for processing your payment (name, email, phone, order amount).
• Cloud service providers — we may use Vercel, Supabase, or similar services to host our website and APIs. These services process data under their own privacy policies.
• Legal authorities — if required by Indian law, a court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Any third-party service we use is vetted for data security. We do not share your project details or personal information with any other parties.

4. Payment Security

All payments on THEPLOYERS are processed by Cashfree Payments (Cflowtech Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), a RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Cashfree is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of security for payment systems.

We never see, store, or have access to your card details, CVV, UPI credentials, or net banking passwords. If you have concerns about a transaction, contact Cashfree support or your bank directly.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses minimal cookies:

• Essential cookies — necessary for basic site functionality (e.g. preserving your session state). These cannot be disabled without breaking the site.
• Analytics cookies — if we use an analytics tool (e.g. Vercel Analytics), it may set cookies to count page views. These are privacy-friendly and do not track you across the web.

We do not use advertising cookies, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads pixels, or any cross-site tracking technologies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to:

• Complete and support your project (typically 30–90 days post-delivery)
• Comply with Indian tax and accounting laws (GST records: 7 years)
• Resolve disputes or enforce agreements

You can request earlier deletion of your data by contacting us (see Section 7). Financial transaction records required by law cannot be deleted early.

7. Your Rights

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules, and in line with global best practices, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
