This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the THEPLOYERS website (theployers.in). By completing a payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
You are eligible for a complete refund of your payment in the following circumstances:

A project is considered delivered and approved when:
Once a project is deemed approved, no refund is available. If you have concerns about a delivery, raise them within 72 hours and we will address them under the revision clause of your plan.
All plans include a defined number of revision rounds:
A revision is a change to what was already agreed (e.g. different wording, colour change, minor behaviour change). A new feature is something outside the original agreed scope. New features are quoted and billed separately. Refusals to add new features outside scope do not constitute grounds for a refund.
To request a refund:
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and respond with a decision within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method via Cashfree Payments.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly via Telegram or email.
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to provide transaction evidence to Cashfree and your bank, which may result in the chargeback being denied. Repeated or fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in legal action under the IT Act, 2000 and applicable Indian law.
THEPLOYERS is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet outages, power failures, third-party platform outages (Telegram, Vercel, etc.), natural disasters, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will offer a timeline extension or, at our discretion, a partial refund.
All prices on THEPLOYERS are inclusive of 18% GST (Goods & Services Tax) as applicable under Indian law. Refunds will be of the full amount paid including GST. GST invoices are available on request for B2B transactions.
